At Kandy Confections, each dessert is handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients to ensure exceptional quality and freshness.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our Quality Promise

Your experience matters to us. If your order does not meet our standards due to an error on our part (incorrect item, quality concern, or damage prior to pickup/delivery), please contact us at Customer@kandyconfections.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Upon review, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund (granted at our discretion)

To assist us, we may request photos of the product and packaging.

Please Note

To maintain the integrity of our brand and products, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Minor variations in design or appearance (each item is uniquely handcrafted)
  • Orders not picked up on the scheduled date
  • Damage occurring after pickup or delivery
  • Improper storage or handling

Order Responsibility

We kindly ask that all order details are reviewed carefully prior to submission.

 

Kandy Confections is not responsible for errors submitted at checkout.

Pickup & Delivery Disclaimer

 

 

 

Once your order has been picked up or successfully delivered, responsibility is transferred to the customer. We are not liable for any damage, melting, or mishandling that occurs thereafter.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After this window, cancellations may be eligible for store credit only
  • Same-day or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable
